National Events LLC – 4001-A Westfax Drive Chantilly, VA 20151 – No Background Check – National Events LLC is willing to hire and train felons for warehouse, stagehand, CDL positions on a part time basis. We are a technical event production company located in Chantilly, VA that produces live events across the country.

HOODZ – Tyson Corner /Woodbridge / Georgetown,DC – The crew member position involves helping crew leader get the job done with a big emphasis on wiping down vent hood (stainless steel) after the crew leader were pressure washed it and then mopping the floor. Pass 7 year background check (felonies/violent misdemeanors).

Innovairre Communications – Forest, VA – Various types of jobs. No felony convictions in the past 10 years.

Air France KLM – Dulles, VA – Passenger Service Agent. Air France conducts a comprehensive 7 year background check. Please be prepared to provide documentation of your 7 year history upon hire.

Miller Truck Lines, LLC – Columbus, OH and Other Locations – Class A CDL Drivers Needed. No positive drug or alcohol test within the last 10 years. Felony convictions, within the past 10 years will be subject to review.

Background Check Limits in Virginia

It is important to understand that some states have laws regarding how far back a criminal background check can go. Unfortunately Virginia does not limit how far back an employer can do a background check. Here are the laws in other states.

Twelve states do not allow any felony conviction information older than seven years to be reported.

Some states will not report court cases where you were found NOT guilty: Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Alaska, California, New York and Michigan.

These states will report unlimited numbers of years back of felony convictions and also report NOT guilty verdicts: Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
